Residential service includes lawn care, tree and hedge pruning, garden bed tending, soil amending, aeration, top-dressing and planting.
If areas have settled or shifted, East Lang can adjust your final grade to correct any drainage issues that have occurred over time – either assisted with a bobcat or by hand.
Residential Lawn Care
Lawn care is time intensive. When work, life or vacation interferes with taking care of your grass, we take care of it for you. Since there is more to yard management than just cutting the grass, we provide seasonally appropriate fertilizer as necessary. Bringing you individual recommendations for your turf is part of our initial estimate. Having it included is up to you.
When all you need is a spring-time top-dressing, aerating, or winterizing in the autumn, talk to us. Setting you up for great grass all year long is part of our client dedicated service.

EastLang Landscaping offers residential service to homeowners in Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Hope. Whether you need your lawn taken care of or you need an all new yard starting from scratch, EastLang has you covered.
New construction is a bright, new and very dirty slate to begin with. When this is your situation, EastLang can work with you to design the look you want. Whether this is simple, low maintenance in a minimalist style or the other end of the spectrum with big trees and lots of contrasting colours and textures.
Site Preparation
Drainage needs to ensure water drains away from your house at a rate that allows some moisture to remain in your plants root systems. Draining too fast will leave your plants dry and needing watering consistently or on the other hand they will be too wet and get root rot, then drown.
Included here is soil amendments depending on your plant choices and what is already there naturally. Making sure that the proper soil is there supports plant growth and hardiness. Putting in all the effort to make your yard look beautiful, only to have all your plants die the next year isn’t worth it.
As you can see, making sure your yard is properly set up first, is crucial.
Gravel, bark mulch, or other supplies can be brought in as needed for the planned design.
